Throughout his career, working with respected firms like Berkshire Hathaway and Sotheby’s International Realty, Erik built a reputation for professionalism, transparency, and delivering results.

One of Erik’s biggest frustrations was the time consuming process of keeping sellers informed. Every week, he would manually gather data from multiple platforms, organize showing feedback, track market activity, and format it all into seller updates. He knew there had to be a better way, so he built it.
